DELIVERY LEAD-TIME

In Stock Items
Our delivery service provides you with delivery within 1-2 business days to most Australian destinations for orders where the goods are in stock and the payment has been cleared before 12 noon (GMT +10) on business days.

The actual delivery time is very dependent on the actual method of delivery that is chosen by you, and by your location within Australia. If the goods / services are not able to be delivered to you within this time, we will contact you.

The delivery lead-time to overseas destinations may be up to 5 - 10 business days longer, but you retain the right to cancel the order and have your money refunded to you if our expected delivery lead-time is unsuitable to you.

Out of Stock Items
While we maintain our stock levels to the largest amount that we can economically and physically maintain, there will be instances where items may be Out of Stock.

If any item is Out of Stock, it can usually be placed on Back Order.

If the goods need to be placed on Back Order, we will contact you.

You can choose to replace the Out of Stock goods with goods that are In Stock and of the same value, cancel the order for the Out of Stock goods, or cancel the entire order.

The cancellation of part of an order will result in a refund by a method that is mutually acceptable.

The cancellation of an entire order will result in a total refund by the method that the original payment was made.

The expected additional delivery time for any goods that have been placed on Back Order can vary:

  • If our suppliers have the goods in stock, then an additional delay of 5-10 days can be expected.
  • If our Suppliers do not have the goods in stock, then the goods may not be able to be delivered.

    We will advise you of the situation involving your order within 5 business days of the goods being placed on Back Order.

    DELIVERY CHARGES

    Our delivery charges cover packaging, delivery charges, and the associated Australian taxes.

    If insurance is available and required by the Customer, the insurance charges are additional to the delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

    DELIVERY METHODS

    Our shipping modules calculate the shipping charges in a number of different ways, and there may be a discrepancy when the shipping methods appear to be identical.

    When you are ready to place an order at the Specialised Overhaul Service P/L web site, please use the best shipping method for you.

    Otherwise, please provide us with your order details and requirements, and we will work out the most economical shipping method and advise you of the costs and delivery method via a return e-mail.

    When you are ready to place an order by e-mail, telephone, or mail, please provide us with your order details and delivery requirements, and we will work out the most economical shipping method and advise you of the costs and method via a return e-mail, telephone call, or mail.

    Please do not make any payment until you are happy with the cost and method of shipping your order.
